Some of our frequently asked questions
Yes! We always keep tables back for walk-in guests on a first come, first served basis.
Don’t worry, your table will be held for 15 mins to allow for travel delays. Please give the team on site a call via the telephone number in your confirmation email and they will hold your table. We ask that all parties arrive within 15 minutes of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat latecomers but cannot guarantee entry.
We will do all that we can to accommodate a booking extension; please speak to a host on arrival regarding this.
Yes, we quite often get cancellations, so please contact our reservations team and we will keep you updated on any changes in availibility. Alternatively we do also hold tables for walk-in guests on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, drinks can be pre-ordered for your table. We ask that any cancellations for tables with drinks pre-orders be made at least 48 hours before your booking.
Under 18s are permitted in the venue unaccompanied before 18:00, and with adult supervision until 21:00, after which no under-18s are permitted in the venue.
Yes, pets are permitted in the venue.
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival.
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users, including toilet facilities. If you require any special assistance, please do let us know in advance.

We do not have a cloakroom.
No smoking or vaping is permitted either in or outside the premises. Designated smoking areas are on Olympia Way.

Our current closing times are listed the Contact Page. The bar closes 30 minutes before the venue closes.
Yes, we have a carefully curated playlist playing throughout the day and evening.

Yes, please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy so that we can ensure the team are aware. Please be advised that while we will always take the utmost care, as a commercial kitchen we are unable to guarantee against cross contamination in our kitchens or supply chains.
Yes we accept all cards, including AMEX.
No, we are a cashless venue.
Our team are able to offer table service for drinks. Food service is managed through our four kiosks – the team will be able to assist you with any questions you have about the ordering process.
We’re able to run tabs from the table as well as the bar
Yes! Balloons & banners most welcome but please no confetti or sparklers.
Casual attire is welcome, just please no workwear / ppe gear
